Were you ever able to figure out how to get it to work? In doing a search through Google, it sounds like a lot of people are having the same problem. Too bad aviary doesn't have someone to contact, as I bet this sort of thing would cause quite a bit of frustration from users of their products. They have a <a href="http://aviary.com/contactus" rel="nofollow">contact form</a>, which I've used before, but I've never heard back from anyone. I just tried it again. Maybe they'll answer the second time around. They have a <a href="http://twitter.com/aviary" rel="nofollow">twitter account</a> as well. I just might try contacting through that too.
